We have already gotten them to raise their hand and get the report, now we need to get them to raise it again so you can have the opportunity to actually present a solution to their problem in person.

So, in the autoresponder e-mails we will include an invite for them to contact you and schedule a meeting. If they do so you will give them another valuable Free Gift with no obligation to purchase.
When you have that face to face you will give them a postcard (provided by us) to mail to us and we will then send them the promised Free Gift. This gift will be an ad specialty of your choice, purchased through us.

We will then bring the postcard to you and you will pay us $50.00 for the program getting you a lead and a face to face. What happens then is up to you, but you have been delivered a warm lead that is serious enough to actually speak with you face to face at the location that requires the HVAC work. And best of All...You only pay us when we succeed in doing what we set out to do; bring you new business.

Now, they may still not buy, that's life, but I think you would agree; if this program delivers just one face to face a month you could pay for the entire year with just one success. The others would be profit! That's a pretty good return on investment.
