Give Them Something of Value!

This is where your expertise comes in. You offer to give them a Free report that can make their decision about HVAC easier. They have a problem and you are offering a solution that can help them not only solve their problem but also help them keep from making costly mistakes in the process.

So, you offer them a FREE report about How to Find the Best HVAC Company. All they have to do to get it is give you their name and e-mail address.

If they Do That...

You now have a lead! In response to them giving you their name and e-mail address you send them to a page that allows them to download your Free Report. And, they have given you permission to continue to market to them.

Now the work starts. If you stop now you will have a lead, but no customer! And the goal after getting the lead is getting the customer!

If you drop the ball at this point you have wasted whatever money, time and effort you put into getting the lead. "But I don't have time to chase them around and it is very expensive to keep spending money marketing to them!" you might say.

If you are tech savvy (you don't have to have a degree in computers) you can take this program and modify it to suit your needs. Change a few graphics, set up an autoresponder service, use the blog posts as that or turn them into articles to help establish your authority. Modify and personalize the report and checklist and add any information to the videos to personalize them.

If you can't do it but have a computer person in your organization, they should be able to set this up quit easily.
